Service Repair

We are currently not accepting any service requests on Wine-Mate cooling units and VT/EL wine coolers.

We advise on units not being shipped into our 732 S. RACETRACK RD address until further notice.

Please also note that Wine-Mate production and spare parts will be delayed due to relocation. Thank you and we apologize for any inconvenience.

If you would like to send your unit in for repair, please complete the following form: Service Repair Form.

1. Print out two copies of the attached service form, one for yourself and one to send with the unit.

2. Indicate the model and serial number of the unit.

3. On the service form, please describe the issue that you are having.

4. On the shipping label, please put ATTN TO: SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
